In response to the COVI-19 Pandemic, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Barrie and District will remain open, however, we are taking some necessary precautions as the safety of our young people, families, volunteers, and staff is our first priority.
At this time we have suspended all in-person meetings and group programming at the office. We will provide updates as to when we will be returning to regular activity. If you have forms or documents to drop off kindly do so electronically. This will help to minimize in-person contact with our employees.

We are monitoring the situation closely and would like to ask that you take normal precautions to protect yourselves by:
- washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds;
- avoiding touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands;
- avoiding close contact with people who are sick;
- coughing or sneezing into your sleeve and not your hands; and
- staying home if you are sick to avoid spreading illness to others.
